Every session is beginner and adv-beginner friendly — no dance experience needed. Moves are broken down step by step, with progressions for intermediate dancers who want to push further. Come as you are and move at your own pace.

Heels session

A fusion of midnight-ballerina commercial style and sensual floor acro tricks. We dive into low-flow transitions, body awareness and musicality. Foundational work and choreography stay the same across both sessions of the month, so you can drill the detail in the first session and fully embody and film the piece in the second.
